Meet my friend Noel. He’s a warm and cosy kinda guy.
Actually, he’s just a Christmas card. His friend Yule will be available too. I’ll keep you posted.
I never thought I’d find myself printing landscapes. In fact, I would have laughed at the thought all those years ago when I was making conceptual installations. I’m not really sure what they were about, maybe I’ll go back and figure it out one day. But, in the meantime, this is what I’m enjoying doing now.
‘The sun’ll come out tomorrow.’
Well actually, it probably won’t. So if you are deficient in vitamin D and need a little sunshine in your life, look no further than my new print.
There is a windmill in Brixton, quite close to where I live in London. Who’d have thought it eh?
The new print that I made is not based on Brixton windmill, I just completely made it up. In fact, it’s a windmill of my mind…
Ooh, and while I’m feeling perky. Here’s a picture of my new Valentine card for all you soppy types out there. Or, maybe you’re just into entomology? If you’re really interested, email me and I’ll give you the OS grid reference for where I saw this particular little specimen.
One of my favourite blogs is ‘Where the lovely things are’
The reason being? Well, it’s all in the title of the blog really. Have a look for yourself, but don’t blame me if you lose time and find that it’s suddenly the 1st of Feb and you missed the deadline for handing in your tax return.
Also, if you look at the section on ‘Awesome things to go on your wall’ from this week, you might spot something of mine. It’s like a game really…
Hello. I really have been a terrible blogger of late. I last posted in November. Maybe I’ve just been in a whirlwind of Christmas spirit and frolicsome adventure since then, or maybe not…
Anyway, the good news is that Etsy have put my ‘Forest’ cushion cover on page 137 of their new Spring Lookbook.
Where did this term ‘Lookbook’ spring up from? I’m pretty sure I only heard of it last year. Who is responsible?
Wrapped, tied, ready to go.
I’ve been busy making stuff for the fairs I’m in.
Handily, all my small prints now fit a standard frame size and don’t need special treatment. I always get there in the end…
One Christmas fair ends and prepartion for another begins.
Next up is Crafty Fox on December 10th & 11th.
Treat yourself to a day out in South London. Contrary to popular belief it’s actually very nice. I should know - I live there.
